Cibil rejected my credit card appilication

Dear friends

last week i applied for citibank credit card, i submitted all required papers to concern bank. They forwarded & few days back i got mail from citibank that "does not meet our minimum credit criteria", i dont understand that i wand to know abt that. I dont know where i can get the detail.

please give me any suggestion to me,
