Not received the 4 digit code while amount debited from my card

I tried to open a paypal account using my PNB mastercard. they have written in their site that they accept mastercard n to wait for some working days to get a 4 digit paypal code in my card's statement.they have even debited some amount from my card (which they say will be refunded after the card verification). a month has elapsed since the transaction.i checked my card's transaction details but couldn't find any 4 digit paypal code.so four days back, i asked paypal code to resend the code, debiting some amount this time too from my card, but didn't receive any code yet. can u please help me out. i couldn't verify n confirm my card until i get this 4 digit paypal code.
