PayPal robbed my account balance, my account balance got reduced without notice

Beware! PayPal.com is robbing money from Indian accounts from 4 Feb. Hundreds of thousands of Indian account holders of PayPal discovered hundreds of dollars short account balance on 4 & 5 Feb, that were apparently 'reversed' without prior notice. Without any prior notice PayPal has suddenly reduced the account balance of hundreds of thousands of Indian account holders. We have already provided service to many of the clients to whom PayPal has 'reversed' payments. Who will get me back the money that got stolen? PayPal has stolen from my account without informing me or taking my permission! Imagine you discover that your bank balance has got reduced by thousands of Rupees, without you knowing anything about it, and without the bank informing you anything in prior, about their change of policy.
