Eing asked to pay additional

I had installed dish tv on 19/7, application form no:8369647 and got VC no:01509501364.

then I decided to get an add on and with application no:8326280 was asked to pay 200 installation and 160 one month advance payment for the month of january and was given the VC no:01509504372 on 5/1.In my application form 8326280 the said amount is mentioned (360). But now I am being asked to pay full charges and not the addon charges alleging that i have two individual connections, where as my dealer (new super electronics sector 35 chandigarh) also confirms that i had got an add on installed. please do look into this immediately as i have the receipt and carbon copy of the form showing my payments.
