NON ACCEPTANCE OF JEM STONE

I have brought Astrological Stone (GOMED) and RED CORAL from PC Chandra Jwellers, Bow Bazar Branch.

Now I want it to sale or exchange in PC Chandra Jwellers, and I have genuine VAT Billof these.

But the totally refused to take return or exchange.

1.So my question is why they totally refused to take back???

2.I have all the documents and VAT Bill.

3.They are takeing a handsome price for the genuine stone, but why the will not buy from us/take return just like hallmark Gold???
