Interest not paid

My pension is credited to SB A/c N0. 30432705961 at S.B.I., Varanasi City Branch. In November I could not submit my "Live Certificate" to the bank due to medical reason. However, it was submitted on 25th February and I received arrear pension for the months of Dec., Jan. & Feb. on 16.03.2012. But no interest has been paid for the delayed period.
