REFUND AMT NOT RECEIVED

Myself is deepak b. More, residing at kalyan. I had applied personal loan of rs.3 lacks to peoples co-operative credit society ltd. In june and then as per their procedure, I had paid rs.30, 750 as a share capital for personal loan. After completing all the documentation and procedure, when we have visited to their govandi office for cheque of loan, then they have started giving different kinds of reasons I meet to concerned person mr sachin gaware as a director of peoples co-operative credit society ltd but he is giving same kind of reason. I have visited almost 10 to 12 times to their office for the purpose of only taking a cheque of loan and every time they have given new dates for collection of the same. Also every 2-3 days I call mr sachin gaware but every time he is given new dates.

So I have apply refund amt of rs 30750/- On date 05, may at that time share refund amt disucssed of 45 days, but still not received the refund amt.

I called on today also peoples office they are given new dates
