Forceful Appilcation and Charges

Aircel like other networks is thrusting upon us applications basically useless for me.

This time it is Friends Zone. We had a call about this offer, which we had just heard & by no means could I have pressed any button even by mistake. They have charged me immediately Rs30 and r just denying 2 recompensate the ammount they have deducted & r suggesting that we use this application now. Previously they had done the same with a disgusting caller tune which we had not even heard. This cannot go on like this! They seem to be running their business by simply robbing us. They just don't let us keep an excess balance.

If they have a system which can unnecessarily reduce our balance, they must have one to compensate this as well, which they simply say they can't do!! We can't simply accept this, and if we do, next they will be thrusting a service of more ammount- Rs 50, Rs 100... and may be even more. So lets protest against this corruption in the system! and please help me take some step against them.
