Just Dial gas withdrawn amount from my accont - after completing the contract

Justdial's poor services after continues feedback from our end. Apart from the completion of contract which was October they have deducted the amount of Rs. 553 from account without intimating. We have mailed them to stop services through calls mails everything possible from our end, they did not tell us the procedure or anything. They are blaming the automatic procedure of deducting the amount from the bank account. What rubbish is this? I want a strict action to be taken against them ASAP
