Breach of trust, Falsification of information

Perfect Wealth Management Consultancy PVT LTD representative Mr. Deepak - 9811256214, has misleaded us during our processing of home loan application through IDBI bank. I have applied for a home Loan from IDBI thorugh him (Posing himself as a representative from IDBI) and got the sanction done as my documentation was proper and eligibility criteria was met. But after recieving my sanction letter which is typically end of problems, my problems started creeping in :
1) Perfect Wealth Management Consultancy PVT LTD representative Mr. Deepak has mentioned at the begining that loan processing fee would be a maximum of 10000 but after our loan got sanctioned increased it to 1% of loan amount and cited the reasons as bank standard policy.
2) He has always introduced himself as representative from IDBI who is facilitating availing a home loan. After we recieve the sanction letter we find the sourcing mentioned as Perfect Wealth.
3) He got our signs done on all the documents after telling us verbally that 10000 would be the processing fee, but when cheque was getting signed he mentioned 1% of loan amount and that is a huge amount to be told. Thank God, we asked all our papers back then and have them with us now.
4) We have suffered a huge loss of time because of this Company, As we could have gone through other bank or channel if we would have known this earlier. He kept on delaying the process and now at the last time want to take advantage of this fact.
5) I have confirmed from the IDBI bank customer care ofc that 1% is not the standard pricing.
I want to file this complaint against Perfect Wealth Management Consultancy Pvt Ltd. for the breach of trust, Misleading, hiding and falsifying the information and the loss of time that we have suffered and the interest that we may have to shell extra. I am not sure now if he is Mr. Deepak or else as I now doubt his identity but have provided the correct phone number.
