Wrong billing of credit card

We have applied for housing loan from LICHFL. The authorities have rejected the loan stating that my wife is due an amount of Rs.1, 28, 357 towards credit card. The Control number in Cibil report is 44, 35, 28, 850 on the consumer name is VNKV PADMA with member ID HF63161026. But she has closed her credit card long back and neither phone calls nor bills are receiving for any payment. Even she do not have any credit card now. It is therefore requested to send details of such over due amount to enable us to proceed legally.
