Settlement of both personal loan & credit card

Dear Sir,

i had settled all my credit cards pertain to Standard chartered bank, Citi Bank, ABN Amro bank, ICICI bank of both personal loan/Credit card purchases with proper Full & Final settlement with the above banks and having Copy of details of the same. Some of ICICI cards were settled against court order (LokAdaalat) with your bank advocates & representatives at the time of issuing order and settlement. but it seems to be I have to obtain for NOC with the said banks for clearance with Cibel for my future Loans & credit cards. will you revert to me the details you required and i will scan and sent for an individual ID in message can be done. Kindly confirm and return per mail.
