I regret to say i had defaulted in my personal loan payments due to loss of my profession. I feel more regreted by the abusive language used by your personal from your branch in bangalore towards my family members in my absence at home. A rep.by name Hemanth from collection dept has been harrasing even in the nights with foul language. I promise to pay my dues in time from now as things are changing for my good, but request you to kindly help me with this represtative. Unfortunately his Rep dosent seem to understand my speaking to him. I really wonder at scb is there any dept which can help me?
