Mental Torture towards daughter of the loan take

Hi All,

This is regarding mental torture that i receive from the ICICI bank agents for the Loan my father has taken. We have told the bank people very clearly that we are separated from my father [ K.C.Mathew] and we have no information about his living. Why is it that the bank looks out for me when i have nothing to do with the loan taken by my so called father who has left his family years ago to live the way he wants??? This is not correct and i am planning to log a police compliant against the bank who keep calling me and threatening to to disclose my father's details when i have not even seen or heard from him for years??? Do we need to go through this torture for the rest of our lives??? I am not sure if any other family is facing this problem.

I would request that this matter will be taken seriously by the ICICI bank and they use other means of getting the information they looking out for rather than torturing me. Also please let me know if i need to approach a lawyer or i need to register a complain with the police to get rid of this torture. Please email me at qclarification@gmail.com.
