My aircel no. is 8802428080. I refused a call from aircel no. 57000 for subscription to aircel friendz zone but was surprised to know that Rs.30/- have been deducted from balance immediately. I made complaint on 121 to customer care executive which assured to refund it within 24 hrs. but till date it has not been refunded.

I have faced similar kind of problem for dialer ring tone & cheap rates SMS also, few weeks back. I spent lot of time & harrasment without any refund.

Aircel showroom at sector-14, gurgaon does not listen to customers problems at all & do not cooperate.

Is there anyone in Aircel who can look into it. Otherwise I am going to break my aircel sim into billion pieces with my shoes...
