EMI DEBITED FOR Rs22, 028/- OF CLOSED ACCOUNT

This is in regards to our Business Loan Account No: XSEGMUM00000097797, which is been closed on 15th Dec 09, vide your receipt No 1721681.

As we have sent a request letter dated 15th Dec 09, to instruct the concerned department to cancel the ECS mandate and not to present the ESC for clearing for the month of Jan. Unfortunate inspite of written and verbal request the EMI amount of Rs22, 028/- is been debited by our bankers against the ECS.

After the above letter given to them we were told that we will get the refund cheque within 15days, but till date we have not recieved the same. Moreover whenever we call om Mumbai office tele No : 65974073, either the phone is busy or it is only ringing and no one pickups the same, most of the time if they pickup we get the message that the staff is in the washroom.
