Updating of CIBIL reports

My Loan Application was declined by UCO BANK based on the CIBIL report. They reported me that I am having 21 loans with diff financial institutions. But when I got The CIBIL report after depositing the neccessary fees, I find some of the Banks have not updated the CIBIL report. The figure stands as:

Pesonal Loan=1only.

Credit Card=6 only.

What action should I take against these banks?
