Date of ECS clearance to be changed from 3rd to 7th of every month

Please note that, my salary would be credited every month either on 6th or 7th of every month, but my ECS clearance date is 3rd of every month. Since non-credit of my salary, ECS clearance cannot be effected on 3rd of every moth and therfore, Irequest you to kindly change my ECS clearance date from 3rd to 7th of every month.
