I was receiveing calls from ICICI for depositing of my Pending Installments. I was receiving calls from Ritu (9953058671), She asked me to clear my 7 pending Installments and promised me to waive off my late payment fees & bouncing charges. I some how arranged the pending amount and deposited cash as per payment receipt attached.but from last three month after my rigrous follow up my Late payment fees still standing in my account and has been not waived off., whenever I called her up, she said that she had send the request, but still that amount is showing in my account.,

I am regular payer of my Installments and due to some unavoidable circumstances I have defaulted in some installments, but since now I have cleaared all my pending Installments as shown in Receipt attached Please waive off my Late Payment Fees & bouncing charges. From Last Three months I was very much harrased by your side.and now Mobile no which I have mentioned has been switched off. Please do the needfull at the eariliest so that I can concenterate on my other works also.
