Fraud loan taken by another person

Espected sir i wanna say that ihav seen my cibil consumer credit information report in which my CONTROL NO is 426012771. In this report ihave a loan which is not mine but in this another person mis use my pancard and take the loan, my pan card no is ALZPK8461F. I also tring his no which is on the report he is not responding after listning about the loan i am so embaraced so please try to solve my problem by giving me his details like BANK NAME in which he is applying for loan and formalities he gave to the bank in form of ID PROOF accept my pancard.please give me these informations as soon as possible, then i will take the leegal action in against of him.
