Wrong CIBIL reports

I had applied for a loan at UCO BANK, BROAD STREET BR, Kolkata. It was declined with a comment that I have 21 loans at various financial institution. After getting the CIBIL report on 03.3.2010 under ref no: DD608006, member ID: BF99981005, I found several loans has been closed but the banks have not updated the CIBIL reports. Am I responsible for this type of negligence on the part of the banker's???The name of the banks who did not update the CIBIL report are:

1) AMEX.

2) ICICI Bank.

3) CITI Bank.

4) SCB.

5) ING VYSYA Bank.

UCO Bank has asked me to get the CIBIL reports updated by the above mentioned Banks. How can I do that? Please advise.
