Automatic Activation of Friend Zone

Sir,

My mobile no. is 9563707710 and I am a customer of Aircel mobile services. On April 13 I received a SMS from one of the aircel company at about 6.33am. It is like this- " Thank you for subscribing Friend Zone. your chat id is 788806. To unsubscribe call 570001"

Then i connect customer care and i gave a complain above matter. customer care executive give me a complain no.1864640172.After 2 days i get my feedback. the feed back was 'I active this system when friend zone number call, I pressed some of the buttons of my cell phone to activate friend zone at 6.00am (13 Apr)' . But the fact is that I have not received any call from aircel services on that day. They are complete ignoring the matter and refused me for this matter.

So, I request you to please look into that matter and take necessary steps accordingly.
