S b i rejection

Dear sir, my name is LAXMAN CHAND a/c 31056970869 am working in united arab emirate and my a/c is STATE BANK OF INDIA-CHAKKARPUR =U S NAGAR.two week befor i send 23000 Rrs throw AL FARDAN EXCHANGE (U A E). REF.NO is 112330215 and branch code11411 .but someone from concern SBI .Express. They send a message to concern exchange.that above mentioned a/c is stopped and send back money to AUH exchange.after that i cancelled that drafts and send to another bank.for that i paid more money for same draft.even i have big amount in concern account.
