Dear Sir,

I am Prem. M my PF a/c.no.00462570000006917.

Once they had sent the cheque in the month of Oct to my old house but that time I had shifted

my house and cheque got returned to the PF office. But still I am trying to get my PF settlement, no use there is no response.

Please help me to get my PF settlement, there is very bad finance situation, as I want to do the nursery school admission for my TWINS (girl).

My New House address:#633, Mayura Road, Lokesh Tent Road, Thomas Town, Lingarajpuram, Bangalore. Land Mark next to Manjunath Bar.
