I am Raju Kumar S/O R.N.Prasad writing to seek your help in my PF issue. After getting all thee paper work done from my company J.K.Enterprises (gurgaon), where i worked for near about 4years and 6 monthes (April to til April' 10), i sent my provident fund clearance document to PF office on 28the May I was told theat it takes about 8 Monthes to get thee money but till today it is more thean 90 days and notheing has been credited to my account. I have check thee status of claim on web site message shown to rejected your claim due to reason your company have not been submitted to 3/6 A foam my company has been closed but i have try to my best affords and provided thee copay of 3/6 a foam last monthe when company was closing but when i reach thee office and request to submit thee foam thee claim office (Mr. Shiddu) talk very rudely and not entertain to me and he says theat if you want thee claim theen submitt all thee employee data work in your company but sir i am employer how can it is possible provide thee company data sir i am really very depressed and thee i have last option to write thee complaint.pf office office can't help and no body interested to settlement in my claim
