My name is rachit dhingra, i was working with aegis limited (gurgaon), i claimed my pf and send the form to pf office in december, pf office send the cheque to hdfc back on 09/02. but according to hdfc back they recieved 2 cheque with wrong account numbers and they returned the cheque to pf office. i called pf office after getting information from hdfc bank about returned cheques. i am trying to get resolution from last 2 months now but employees in pf office are not giving any proper answer, i call them daily around 5 times which are std calls but out of 4 times they disconnect or hung up calls and many time give different numbers to complaint. agents in pf office are really lazy and most of the times give wrong informations. they try to pretend they do not understand english and hindi . so sometimes its really hard to understand them.

my pf number is AP/HY/56070/24808, kindly try to resolve this problem as soon as possible as i am facing financial difficulties.
