Dear concern

I have recived call on 10th sep due to discount card. he says that this totaly free i agreed with this and they says before availing this you have to attech this card to your credit card throw IVR and this not chrgeble.but they diduct 4900 from my card trow ivr trangection. I dont need this product plot5 is not refunding my money.pls look it and do the need full.
