Not replying any letter and not accepting my evidence

Sir, P.N.Bank R.Manager and Branch Manager not accepting my document which is the profe of Residence. Old Branch Manager reject my approved project application due to I could not talk to him under table money. He wrote and reject my approved application that I am not residence of my area. But this is not true. That Old Branch Manager tranfered. and Newe B.M. and R.M. both saying to me that your applicatin has rejected, so, Now we can not accept again. I am saying that sir due to some old branch manager mistake he wrote that I am not living in my area, but I this not true, I am giving you so many corrent evidences for this, that will prove you I am the parmanent residence of my area. But B.M. and R.M. both are not listning, accepting and also not replying of my any question? Sir, What I have to do? I have done complain to P.N.B.complain devision, but not any action take place. Not any reply come from? All they are saying on telephone that this is the mater under R.manager.we could not do any things. I am attching here some document. Pl. read it and mail me a good advice to take action on him.
