NON ISSUE OF ATM CARD

My account No is 0404010100529851 maintained at A-58 South City Vrindavan Yojna Lucknow (UP) Code PUNN0479300. I had applied for ATM approx one week back with the ibid banker. They took my mob number to inform me about the action. Also I am a siver cardiac patient and can not stand in Q for ten to 15 minutes. The above grievance was reported to Banker. They assured me that they will help out every time the customer human being but not doing so. May I reqeust you to kindly help me out if possible.
