Money deducted but not dispensed

Hello Sir/ Mam, I m Priyanka Verma. I tried to withdrw amount of Rs7000 from PNB ATM, Prem Nagar, Ghaziabad on 8th of feb, but didn't got the amount. After that I came to know that 7000 was deducted from my account. From that day, i m continuously calling to their customer care no. 1800180 2222 & my complaint no.is 53904029. Plzzzzzzzzz do something, so that i can get my money as soon as possible... I'll b very very very thankaful to u.
