Unnecessary balance deduction

Respected Sir,
Last week I bought an Bluddy Aircel connection. From that day this worst company started sending unnecessary phone calls and sms. I complained at their customer care, but still they are disturbing. I also have free balance, though they are deducting from my main account. Customer care executives are not able to give right information. Whenever I call, they put me on hold for 10-15 minutes to gather information. Please take some steps against these problems. Many people are suffering from the same and they also unknown about how to complain against these.
Please do something.
