Sir,

My bakker Pnb Had Sent Me a cheque book vide SPEED POST, B.N.P.L. Cod No. 919-01-020, KalkaJi HPO New Delhi to y residential address at Block `C` H. No. 747-B, Sushant lok-1 Gurgaon But the envelope was delivered at my place and it was returned to the PNB Dilshad Garden Br. Delhi with the remark` Adhhora Pata `, e. incomplete address.

I am a pensioner and getting my pension from the PNB and residing at the above address for about 10 years. I am recieving dak on this address not onlyfrom the post office but also from other services. I fail to understand as how the address was `incomplete ` and the post man thonks to be complete address

The reurnof the speed post envelope has caused me harrassment needless expenditure as i had to go to the bank at Dilshag Garden to collect the cheque. Kindly do the needful to chestise the post man who had retiurned the dak on false report and thereby caused harrassment to me
