Compromise denied by the bank

I Vinod Singh took an auto loan worth of rs.89000.00 from PNB gandhi nagar BASTI (0587). I was depositing the amount but due to some probelms i could not deposit. The bank declared my a/c -JG100521 as NPA so according to their rulls they stoped interest imposition to my account. Later on call of the bank we made a compromise to pay Rs.45000.00 on dated 22-01. I deposited the same amount in various dated. When i demanded the no dues from the bank, the bank manager told me to deposit the whole amount and denied the compromise. On dated 08-02 i gave an application to its regional office FAIZABAD.They have not given me any response till now.

Therfore sir i request you to investigate the matter and direct bank manager of PNB GANDHI NAGAR (BASTI) (0587). TO release the NO DUES certificate as soon as possible.
