PNB Netbanking
BAD SERVICE

Hi,

PNB is probably the one of the TOP worst company in the country in providing very very bad and pooooooor netbanking service. Their site would be remains down about 90% of the time and we hardly get any chance to do the transaction. To add to that their customer care people are worst as they don't know what they are talking about.

We are opting this service since we have our corporate salary account. But now all our employees are planning to move away from this pathetic service. Also their banking services are also hopeless. Their attitude towards customer looks like they are NOT in market to improve their banking service rather closing it...
