No hope with meerut police administration

Dear Sir,

I was forged by a person. and I complaind to S.P. city Meerut on

22-12 . After the application I am daily going to police station Bhrampuri

Meerut (U.P.). But police is not filing my FIR.

What I do. Police is working under that person (non social element)

Please help me.
