I applied for my wife's policy using PoliciBazaar.com site. Policy No. 3007826721200. But address shown to me was wrong in mail. Initially, I informed to PoliciBazaar.com / comparebima.com custmore care and even sales department too. Even I told this to their IT department. I mailed him many times about showing HALF (wrong) address in my. But They didn't care about that.
1. PoliciBazaar.com / comparebima.com customer care don't respond well after you take policy.
2. Before you buy policy, they talk you properly. But after you pay for the policy they don't even receive the call.
Please remember, Always take policies direct from insurance website. and never take policy from PoliciBazaar.com and comparebima.com. They are just a bad broker.
