Debit of sum from main account balance

Aircel has debited Rs. 12/- from main a/c balance and sent a message that a value voucher has been activated for 3 days on 18th April. I have made call several times and told them I have not opted for any offer. They lodged my complaint and assured to return my sum. They were assuring that it would be refunded within 4 hours/ 6 hours/ within 12 midnight. But till today it was not credited to my account and now they are telling that they cannot refund but it will never happen in future.
