Sub-Complaint against India Bull to Not resolve my complaint last 4.5 months

And nothing to return my fees with my documents

It me request to you that I have applied the loan application to INDIA BULLS last 4.5 months ago but company has rejected my application without any satisfied reason.

When I talk to personally Branch authorized person for calefaction the matter with writing he avoid then and harassment to me when I complaint to customer care company promise to me it will inquiry the matter and send upper level officer for resolve the matter after 3.5 months latter company not to complete its job and nothing to any inquiry on this matter and nothing to give me satisfied answer all correspondence detail is attached this later when company failure to their responsibilities I demand to return my documents with my fees Company has avoided to return my fees. so please help me company beware and their responsibilities
