About delivery of post

The scholarship check of my sister is not delevered on time to us and because of that the check goes return to gandhinagar two times. and for that we have to go from surat to gandhinagar to collect check.

the documents is also goes in return to the bank after opening new account of my father's in bank because of post department has not delivered it to us.

we have to gone through every place like this to check the important documents or courier.
