Non receipt of PAN Card

Dear Sir

I applied for PAN of my two sons. The status shown on your website of UTI is "DESPATCHED on 21.04.2010 vide consignment Note No. EQ 775435711IN and EQ775435708IN.of Speed Post" But when I checked up with Post Office at destination: Hoshiarpur and the Post Office at source: DEL-SPD-II it is informed that no such consignment is ever given to any Post office in the country.
