UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTIONS

I filled out a loan application I cant even remember through which lender. I should've known they were shady when I started getting hundreds of spam emails and phone call after phone call after phone call from different people saying I had won a goverment grant and all I needed to do is give them my bank information to get the money wired. These people charged my account for $30.00 without my authorization and also $29.00 for moneyleaf something I had no clue about. When I called to try to get my money refunded, the women I spoke with, that couldn't even speak English correctly, kept going in circles with me about how it was only a one time charge and if I ever changed my mind and wanted to get a loan I wouldn't get charged again. I told this women repeated times I didn't want a loan anymore nor did I plan on getting one especially with them in the future. They in her broken English she told me that for my inconvenience she was going to email me a $100 gas voucher in 24-48 hours its been 4 days and still no email. I emailed their customer service department and it seemed like I was going in circles again. Its like they have a speech they give to everyone they screw. Please beware of this company PACIFIC ADVANCES.
