Awful Customer Service

This company has the worst customer service in the entire planet earth. Not only are they NOT open on the weekends, so if you have a problem with their card or have any type of issue, you would have to wait until Monday to call them. How pathetic is that??? And when you do speak to them, they give you the most generic answers ever and say to go on their website and use EasyHelp, which is an encyclopedia full of crap. Also, if you are trying to call them be prepared to wait for a long time. I called one time to speak with a supervisor and waited over 40 minutes before decided to hang up finally. I have NOT received my Financial Aid refund on my card, but my school already submitted the refund so they were holding it up. Oh, and not to mention all the fees they charge you for using your card. If you use debit it's like $.50 per transaction. Stay the hell away from this card and run the opposite way, they will scam you and not be there to help you when you most needed. Awful Pathetic Company.
