My name is Ryan Stottlemire I Originally contacted your firm in April in reference to my unfilled taxes and tax problems. Before paying your firm I was in formed that there was a money back guarantee of the $2900 fee. On April 18 I had sent all the documents you requested to a gentleman by the name Jefferey Siebrest. After a few months I stopped receiving any correspondence. I contacted your firm and was informed that Mr. Siebrest had that left the company. A few days later I was contacted by a Shawna Kiesbuy who requested updated pay stubs and bank statements. After a few weeks Shawna sent me and email informing me that the IRS was requesting a payment of $1950 at which time I phoned Shawna and informed her that I was unable to afford that payment. Since, that time I have not received any correspondence form your firm. Forentunely, I was able to hire a firm that was able to help me get a payment I could afford. The reason for this email is I would like the refund of $2900 that I was promised if you were unable to resolve my case
