Payment reversal according to offe

Sir, as per sbi card (Gold&More) they provide 2000 point equal to 500 rupees.if we shoppe more than 2000 within 60 days.i fulfilled the condition but there is no settlement of payment reversal... and the service provider also not showing their interest to solve my problem
