Money deduction

Sir,

On 08/12 in the morning around 8 am Rs 93/- was deducted from my airtel balance of Rs 99.34/- and two message came, each showing deduction of Rs 30/- for downloading and my balance was left only 6.34/-. But I didn't download anything, still the money was deducted. I tried to contact customer care from my airtel number (9002828091) but failed. At last on 10/12 at 10 pm I contacted customer care from other airtel phone. They told me that 60/- was deducted (though actually 93/- rupees was deducted) but they can't do anything against that deduction.

How shall I get back the money?
