SBI Customer execute are not responding

I have been mentioning my saving account in SBI for around 2.5 year and doing transaction for several year. When I was checking mini statement using SBI ATM Card I found that there was a debit sweep for 42000 amount on 19th November but I have not sweeped my debit card for these amount any where on that particular so I am feared of these amount and I have called SBI customer care for raising a complaint on this issue.

I have also provided all detail to execute and they were asking me to give the transaction id for Debit sweep but there is no transaction id shown for debit sweep in mini statement so I have mentioned that I dont have it but these has not raised my complaint for these issue due no transaction id.

Please take a necessary action for this issue.

How come we can have transaction id for Ministatement which has been taken from ATM. So please concern this issue.
