Dear Team,

My barclays card number is-4339-4800-0027-5329.

I have got thebelow mail many times. The above card is never used by me and u can see all the transactions till date. There was one transaction of CPP (Card protection plan) which i never took that plan but still the amount was built on my card..The maount charged was something around Rs 600.I called up ur customet care many time for reversal and raised requests also. I told them to take the matter to the superiors for the reversal.

I also got a call from Barclays that my my outstanding had reached to Rs 5000 something and i need to setlle this amount.

1) Why i should settle when i have never used teh card

2) Why i should even pay this Rs 600 when i have never used it.

I have lots of credit cards and loans going on and have paid all the emi's till date. This is only Rs 600 and is a very small amount which i could have paid immediately in case if i would have used it. I also had Barclays loan which completed 5 months ago (Loan account number-000001218037)

I propose that there are no dues which I have to pay. All that is shown due are late fees & interest charges which I’am not liable to pay. Had it been my fault would have paid these small amounts and have enough capacity and intend to do so.

When the lady calls me for settlement and telling me that she will make the amount half of Rs-6000.I think this is a a very wrong method of doing business which Barclays has adopted. Its been a pathetic experience with Barclays and highly de-recommend the services.

I kindly request you to revert all the charges and give me a certificate in writing that i dont have any dues pending.
