Mental torture

Sir, once i had a icici card. but i paid full amount. more than ten years back. in between i lost my educational certificates and everything. now icici simply calling and torturing me that i have outstanding. and i have to pay them. What shall i do. This is created problem in my family life now. if again they torturer me i dont have any option except end up my life.
