I. colonel ritesh sharma from indian army and have got my salary acct in your bank at nashik since last 10 yrs. in a very sad and unexpected action on behalf of your company, i went to your bank branch at hathibarkala, dehradun on 28 oct 12, since my hometown is dehradun, when on repeated requests of one of your agents, vikram singh working there, i agreed to go for a policy named 'pinnacle' for a 5 year term. ata that moment only i paid him rs 50.000 as first installment. i am presently posted in a remote area in north east india and doest not have regular access to internet. however, when the poilicy papers were fwd to my house, i was shocked that it was not pinnacle and instead i was allotted some faulty lifeline poilicy with poilicy number 17118662. i immediately contacted your agent vikram singh at dehradun and requested to rectify the poilicy. your agent assured me of corrective action but no action has been taken since last 15 days. your agent vikram singh now does nit even pick up my calls. it is a matter of shame for a reputed compnay like yours to have such employees and such poilicies in your company . my mob number is 09800073457 and my email is ritesh6049@yahoo.com. i hope that this mail will make you act in some way. as such i am an armt men and trust once broken can never be regained. my bank acct at nashik is 018201503168, pl check my bal at all times in your back, which i 'm sure i'll have to change soon from your bank
