Misguide of rate of intrest on home loan

Sir myself gopal ramani i had taken a bank loan for buy a flat at fixed rate of interest in the year 2005 and the bank had sent me approval letter of loan and after two or three years they made it floating rate of intrest and my emi was 8000/- but after paying emi's we were mentally disturbed how the loan amount is not coming down so we sold the flat to clear the bank loan as no one was ready to answer at the bank about intrest rates and tell us they have done it by mistake . so for that we lost our peace and sold the flat . we want justice from bank side as they took huge intrest as already i have full documents of loan approval and i can prove its bank fault as the manager is not listening since 4 years
